Delivery

Deliveries are available 7 days of the week.

For delivery, there will be a standard flat fee of $15 and it will be charged at the checkout page.

For all orders, you may choose from the following delivery timings: 10am-12pm/ 1pm-3pm/ 3pm-6pm/ 8pm-10pm, 7 days of the week.

Should you require a specific delivery beyond the above stipulated timings, please request in the comments section before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee the specific time of delivery, but we will try our best!

Delivery Service excludes the following places: Tuas / Jurong Islands / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Army Camps / PSA Ports. Should you require delivery services to these area, please contact Kristel at 97245353 before hand.

Self-Collection

You may collect your order at our home studio in Kovan on the stated date of collection, between 9am to 10pm, after your payment has be verified

Kindly wait for a confirmation email or text message before coming down to collect your purchases after your payment has been verified.

Kindly inform us at 97245353 for any last minute changes in self-collection timings.
Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified.

However, if you would like to postpone the delivery or change the self-collection date of your order, please contact us 2 days in advance of the original delivery date.
Returns

Our main purpose is to make you happy. If you are not happy with the blooms because of whatever reason, we are able to do a 50% refund.

Do contact us if there's any major problems with the bouquet such as browning of flowers and withered flowers, please snap a photo for us and we will do a full refund due to our own carelessness. Do note that minimal browning might happen due to weather conditions. Rest assured, we always make sure we have fresh blooms for you.
